We will use Australia Post for most items purchased via - however on occasion we may use another provider such as Deanos Deliveries or StarTrack.  We reserve our right to change providers at any time without notice.

In the event delivery can be performed by us, you may spot the Waggle & Forage delivery van in your driveway.  


Shipping costs provided at check-out, however for bulky items we request you send us an email and we will seek the best possible quote available for your order.


If an order is received by 11am on a business day**, we will strive to process and ship your order by close of business the same day.  Timing for shipment will be reliant on the capability of our shipping providers and Waggle & Forage provide no guarantees in relation to exact delivery time frames. 

Please note: Recent challenges at Australia Post and some other shipping providers have resulted in delays. 

** Business days are determined as Monday to Friday and public holidays are not included.  If, for example, your order is placed at 1pm on a Friday afternoon and the following Monday is a public holiday, we will strive to process and send your order by Tuesday 5pm.

Delivery Issues

Whilst we do our best to pack our products thoughtfully, there may be an occasion when a product arrives damaged or not as described.  If this happens please get in touch and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
